Procedimiento

1. นำตั๋ว/เช็ค + ใบปฏิเสธจากธนาคารมาแจ้ง
ต้องนำมาภายใน 24-48 ชั่วโมงหลังถูกปฏิเสธ ไม่งั้นสิทธิ์ในการ Protest อาจหมดอายุ (ตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ มาตรา 959-961)

2. ทนายตรวจรายละเอียดตั๋ว + เหตุผลปฏิเสธ
ตรวจว่าเป็นตั๋วที่ออกถูกต้อง + ระบุเหตุผลที่ธนาคารปฏิเสธ (เช่น เงินไม่พอ บัญชีถูกปิด ลายเซ็นไม่ตรง)

3. ทนายร่าง Notice of Dishonor / Protest Certificate
ระบุชื่อผู้สั่งจ่าย ผู้รับเงิน ธนาคาร วันที่ปฏิเสธ และเหตุผล — ตามมาตรฐาน Geneva Convention on Bills of Exchange 1930

4. ทนายลงนาม + ประทับตรา + Logbook
ออกในรูป Notarial Certificate ภาษาอังกฤษ พร้อมส่ง Notice ให้ผู้สั่งจ่าย/ผู้รับรองตั๋ว
