Procedimiento

ส่งทาง Line/Email เพื่อทนายตรวจรูปแบบและภาษา ให้ตรงกับมาตรฐานปลายทาง (เช่น USCIS Format, AU Statutory Declaration Form)

2. ทนายตรวจเนื้อหา + ปรับ Wording
ตรวจให้คำให้การ ‘ชัดเจน เป็นความจริง ไม่กำกวม’ และมี Wording ทางกฎหมายที่ถูกต้อง (ใช้คำว่า ‘swear/affirm’ ‘to the best of my knowledge’)

3. นัดมาเซ็นต่อหน้าทนาย
ห้ามเซ็นมาก่อน — ต้องอ่านคำสาบานต่อหน้าทนาย (Read-back) และยืนยันว่าเข้าใจเนื้อหาและสาบาน/รับรองว่าเป็นความจริง

4. ทนายเป็นพยานสาบานตน + ลงนาม + ประทับตรา
Notarial Certificate ระบุชัดเจนว่า ‘สาบาน/รับรอง ต่อหน้าทนายในวันที่...’ พร้อมระบุเลขทะเบียนสภาทนายความ

About Thailand's Notarial Services Attorney System
Affidavit, Oath and Affirmation by Notarial Services Attorney se rige por el Reglamento del Colegio de Abogados de Tailandia (2003, actualizado en 2008). Solo abogados con formación específica de Notarial Services Attorney pueden ejercer esta función.
A diferencia del modelo latino-notarial, en Tailandia no existe la profesión independiente de notario: la función la asumen abogados autorizados, lo que garantiza una revisión jurídica completa de cada documento.
En Affidavit, Oath and Affirmation by Notarial Services Attorney, el notario verifica el documento original de identidad, confirma la comprensión del contenido y autentica la firma con presencia física. Cada acto queda inscrito en el registro oficial y se conserva al menos cinco años.
