ส่งฟอร์มมาทาง Line/Email เพื่อทนายตรวจรูปแบบและเตรียมคำรับรองให้ตรงกับมาตรฐานปลายทาง (เช่น SSA-7162 ของอเมริกา หรือ Lebensbescheinigung ของเยอรมัน)

2. นัดให้บุคคลมาพบทนายด้วยตนเอง
Physical Presence เป็นข้อบังคับเด็ดขาด — ห้ามใช้รูปถ่าย/วิดีโอแทน หากเดินทางมาไม่ได้ ทนายเดินทางไปหาที่บ้าน/โรงพยาบาล (มีค่าบริการเพิ่ม)

3. ทนายตรวจ Passport / บัตรประชาชน ตัวจริง
ยืนยันว่าตัวบุคคลตรงกับที่ระบุในฟอร์ม Life Certificate และยังมีชีวิตอยู่ในวันที่ลงนาม

4. ลงนาม + ประทับตรา + Logbook
ออก Notarial Certificate ภาษาอังกฤษ/ภาษาปลายทาง พร้อมระบุวันที่และเวลาที่รับรอง (สำคัญมาก เพราะหน่วยงานปลายทางใช้กำหนดสิทธิ์)

About Thailand's Notarial Services Attorney System
Life Certificate / Authentication of Person by Notarial Services Attorney wordt geregeld door het Reglement van de Thaise Orde van Advocaten (2003, herzien in 2008). Alleen advocaten met de Notarial Services Attorney-opleiding mogen deze functie uitoefenen.
In tegenstelling tot Nederland kent Thailand geen aparte notarisprofessie — de functie wordt uitgeoefend door bevoegde advocaten, wat een grondige juridische beoordeling van elk document waarborgt.
Bij Life Certificate / Authentication of Person by Notarial Services Attorney controleert de notaris het originele identiteitsbewijs, bevestigt het begrip van de inhoud, en staat persoonlijk getuige van de ondertekening. Alle handelingen worden geregistreerd en minimaal vijf jaar bewaard.
