ตรวจให้คำให้การ ‘ชัดเจน เป็นความจริง ไม่กำกวม’ และมี Wording ทางกฎหมายที่ถูกต้อง (ใช้คำว่า ‘swear/affirm’ ‘to the best of my knowledge’)

3. นัดมาเซ็นต่อหน้าทนาย
ห้ามเซ็นมาก่อน — ต้องอ่านคำสาบานต่อหน้าทนาย (Read-back) และยืนยันว่าเข้าใจเนื้อหาและสาบาน/รับรองว่าเป็นความจริง

4. ทนายเป็นพยานสาบานตน + ลงนาม + ประทับตรา
Notarial Certificate ระบุชัดเจนว่า ‘สาบาน/รับรอง ต่อหน้าทนายในวันที่...’ พร้อมระบุเลขทะเบียนสภาทนายความ

About Thailand's Notarial Services Attorney System

In tegenstelling tot Nederland kent Thailand geen aparte notarisprofessie — de functie wordt uitgeoefend door bevoegde advocaten, wat een grondige juridische beoordeling van elk document waarborgt.
Bij Affidavit, Oath and Affirmation by Notarial Services Attorney controleert de notaris het originele identiteitsbewijs, bevestigt het begrip van de inhoud, en staat persoonlijk getuige van de ondertekening. Alle handelingen worden geregistreerd en minimaal vijf jaar bewaard.
